Shipping Policy - Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During festive seasons, sales, or unforeseen circumstances, processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery time within India:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Other Locations: 5–8 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier operations, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping may be offered on eligible prepaid orders as announced on our website.
  • Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link through email and/or SMS/WhatsApp (where applicable).

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. The Chikankari House shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Return Eligibility

Returns or exchanges may be requested within 7 days from the date of delivery if:

  • The product received is damaged.
  • The wrong product has been delivered.
  • The product has a genuine manufacturing defect.

Returned items must:

  • Be unused and unwashed.
  • Have original tags attached.
  • Be returned in original packaging.
  • Include proof of purchase.
  • Opening 360 degree video is required

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless received damaged or incorrect:

  • Customized or altered products
  • Products purchased during clearance or final sale
  • Gift cards
  • Used or washed garments

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please email us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Product photographs
  • Packaging photographs

Our support team will verify your request and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Refund Process

Once the returned product passes quality inspection:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, the credit may take additional processing time.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
